Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (varies depending on location).

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier, location, and external factors.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location.

4. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within India.

International orders are not accepted at this time.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Some toys may have age or safety restrictions that limit shipping to certain regions. Please check the product details before purchasing.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at Info@toyadda.com as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. If there is an error with your address, please contact us immediately.
